We had our home on the market with a for sale by owner company,paid their fees up at front, for one year, nothing happened. Dianne Miller from Remax called to ask if they needed some ideas in marketing their home, we asked her to view our home and let us know what she thought the home would be worth. She gave us some ranges, we liked her professional fun loving personality,hired her, that week-end she had an open house,property sold the next week -end. Our plans to move on finally came true without Dianne we would not be in our new home. We would recommend Dianne to all of our friends, infact we did, and my friends home sold within the month time frame, plus my friend married after that and moved into her new. Give or take "Dianne Miller" gave us more information about real estate, kept us informed and suggested some ideas on how to show our home. When we couldn't do it, we called Dianne. We made commitments to go away for the month, left all the information with Dianne to look after the listing, she deserved it. While we were away, she called with an offer all the emailing, faxing, everything was looked after; our home sold. We were so estatic we stayed away another week.
